There are many type of testing equipment developed for specific test requirement or tailor to the user need. To list a few below equipment.

The AB-2012 FPS abrasion tester is a device to perform abrasion tests on polymer materials used in tires, belts, abrasions with high accuracy. In addition to conventional slip rate control technology, this device is equipped with a new function to reduce control frictional force (tangential force), and it is possible to operate A test environment closer to actual vehicle conditions. As a result, it is now possible to evaluate the frictional energy required by multiple test results using conventional methods.
It is used for material testing of tires, belts, rubber rolls, etc., and can be manufactured in compliance with ISO standards and JIS standards. It is optimally optimized for high-quality automotive tire materials.

Using JIS K 6261-2 (Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber – How to Determine Low Temperature Characteristics – Part 2: Low Temperature Impact Testing) and JIS K 7216 (Plastic Fragmentation Temperature Test Method), the brittleness temperature tester measures the impact fragmentation temperature and impact fragmentation limit temperature of vulcanized rubber and plastic at low temperatures.
The TM-2200 series has increased refrigeration capacity compared to conventional products, and sufficient impact energy has been ensured to improve test efficiency and stability. There is a single type with 1 sample mounting holder (5 attached) and our own (utility model) multi-type (utility model) that can be attached to 4 sample holders (5 attached) and can also be tested while the sample is immersed in the refrigerator simply by switching the dial.
Furthermore, the cooling system for low temperature tanks is available in a total of 4 models, 2 types each with a dry ice input type and a refrigerator-equipped type, and a model commensurate with the test situation can be selected.

The RTM friction tester can evaluate the friction performance of tires by material testing, and can reproduce a ring-shaped road surface surface in dry, wet, and ice conditions as a simulated road surface. A constant load is applied to a tire-shaped rubber material test specimen, and the frictional force is measured when the free rolling state or when the slip rate changes in the range of 0 to ± 95%.

AG-1100 Series Gear Aging Oven evaluates the heat resistance of rubber in aging and degradation. This product exposes samples to an atmosphere where new heated air is constantly supplied at a specified rate, thus performing accelerated degradation. The product comes in2 models: standard and large chamber types.
Applicable Standard: JIS K6257 / ISO188
