The brittleness tester determines brittleness temperature and the 50% brittleness temperature of vulcanized rubber and plastics in a low-temperature environment. TM-2131 is the single type which comes with a set of sample holder, holding five samples, and TM2136 is the multiple type with four sets of sample holders with which four sets of five samples can be tested continuously just by turning a dial to change sample holders.

The Inside Drum Friction Tester evaluates the friction characteristics of test piece on a road surface formed inside a rotating drum. The test piece is made to contact the drum at a specified load and applied a slip ratio. The torque applied to the sample when a test is conducted under such conditions is used to measure the friction force. The drum surface can be used to simulate ice, wet or dry road surface conditions.

AG-1110 Series Geer Aging Oven evaluates the heat resistance of rubber in aging and degradation. This product exposes samples to an atmosphere where new heated air is constantly supplied at a specified rate, thus performing accelerated degradation.
